I rarely buy a vehicle locally. I even more rarely buy a new vehicle. Since I had the A-Plan, I decided to splurge. Everyone at the dealership were nice and friendly. It was an easy sale for them since my wife and I loved the vehicle. In the future I'll let you know how service goes.
I just want to thank Abby at Straub Nissan, Highlands, Service Department for her kindness, patience and understanding when scheduling service and having the service performed for my parents. Fast reliable service.
Had a paper towel in fuel neck they got me in same day and had it fixed before I got off work.
Was late for my appointment and was still treated well and free car wash.
Got into a argument with service department. denied service and told to leave by the manager.

I purchased my 2024 Nissan Versa from Jerry herback. My purchase experience was hassel free and he was very knowledgeable of all of my vehicles features. I would highly recommend purchasing from Straub Automotive. It is also great that service is located on the premises making it easy to keep up with car maintenance.

Came to Straub Ford to look at a used mustang that to find out got sold this morning. But Levi Life pointed us in the direction of a brand new 2024 mustang GT. I must say the experience here was outstanding. With Levi being the only salesmen here and was super busy. He handled everything way past my expectations. Honestly an amazing guy and would definitely buy another vehicle from him.

Their Service department is excellent! Nowhere else in the valley was I able to get such quick and reliable service. They did a recall repair and another separate service, replaced a warranty item. They were able to schedule both and get it done in a very short time. The other dealerships service departments in the area can't carry these guy's lunch box. Great job guys! Keep it up! I won't take my truck anywhere else!
