I just want to thank Abby at Straub Nissan, Highlands, Service Department for her kindness, patience and understanding when scheduling service and having the service performed for my parents. I became involved to be sure they were taken care of. After speaking and interacting with Abby, I couldn't have asked for a better Service person that I could trust with my parents. Abby was so patient and explained everything. I could see how busy she was, but she never rushed us and answered all questions. Also, thanks to the Technician, Todd (I believe), and Red. You all seem like a great team. My parents were especially happy to see Jerry Herback who sold them the car many years ago. All staff were most helpful with opening doors to help my parents and small talk to make them feel welcome. Thank you Straub Nissan for the respect shown to my parents on their service visit.

Had a paper towel in fuel neck they got me in same day and had it fixed before I got off work.

Was late for my appointment and was still treated well and free car wash.

Got into a argument with service department. denied service and told to leave by the manager.
